Carrier

Creating branding that stands up to exceptional service and products.

Creative
The essence of luxury is changing from an emphasis on the physical to a focus on the experiential and how luxury makes you feel.

Brief

In a competitive market for luxury travel and experiences, Carrier faced the challenge of differentiating itself and rising above direct competitors. It was essential to sell a new idea and identity to their key trade partners while ensuring alignment across all aspects of the business for a cohesive brand journey.

Typography is what language looks like, and throughout these guidelines you can see what our language looks like - elegant, contemporary, creative, emotive.

Action

To tackle the challenge, we conducted in-depth research into the Carrier customer profile. We developed a new brand positioning that would set Carrier apart, simultaneously crafting a new photographic and visual identity that would evoke emotional engagement.

In addition, we focused on creating a compelling brand voice. The “Look Beyond” strapline served as the foundation upon which the brand was built. A clean and sophisticated visual approach placed luxury at the forefront, ensuring that Carrier’s brand image exuded elegance and exclusivity.
