Samples Manager

Our team based across London, Manchester & Mumbai have the capability, creativity and commercialism to provide creative solutions for our diverse client portfolio, including renowned brands like M&S, Jimmy Choo, and Kurt Geiger.
Our services include branding, web design, digital marketing, creative, photography, photographic production and video, all of which are wrapped with end-to-end account management and logistics production - put simply we plan, create and optimise content for our clients.
This role will be based in our London studio complex in SW6.
Role Overview:
In the role of Samples Manager you will work in a fast paced photographic environment. Working alongside our Production team you will be responsible for managing all sample management and workflow across the business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing the end to end workflow for all of our clients and projects - including but not limited to collecting, delivering, checking in, checking out and the movement of samples
- Working with the Production and the Client Services team to ensure all client requirements are managed efficiently
- Ensuring all samples are checked in and out accurately, efficiently and within a timely manner
- Managing all sample queries and communicating and resolving these effectively with the internal teams
- Working with both client and internal sample management systems
Key skills:
- Experience of managing workflow within a logistics environment that covers all aspects of sample management
- Exceptionally organised with a strong ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and workflows, strong administration skills are required to support this
- A proactive, flexible & energetic team player who can work calmly under pressure whilst delivering a phenomenal attention to detail
- Excellent people & communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally
- In such a fast paced environment you must be intuitive, and have the ability to think on your feet.
Qualifications:
- Min 3-5 years experience in a photographic studio or related environment
- Proficiency in sample management systems and software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/GoogleDocs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
