Offer Eligibility:

Clients must not have previously used Seventy7 AI Product Photography or related services.
Packages are only available to businesses based and registered in the UK.

Discount:

The offer includes a 30% discount on all AI Product Photography packages (Bronze, Silver, and Gold), as well as on the secondary offers (Social Campaigns, Creative Campaigns, and eCommerce Photography) when applicable.
The discount applies to the total package price, subject to the value limits outlined below.
Package Minimum Values:
The minimum value for any campaign (including the discount) is £3,000.
All values stated exclude V.A.T

Packages:

Bronze Package: 7 AI-enhanced assets for £4,825.71 (discounted to £3,000 with this offer).
Silver Package: 15 AI-enhanced assets for £7,142.86 (discounted to £5,000 with this offer).
Gold Package: 25 AI-enhanced assets for £12,857.14 (discounted to £9,000 with this offer).
All values stated exclude V.A.T
Maximum product dimensions for photography are 45cm x 45cm x 45cm.

Secondary Offer:

Secondary offer only available to New Clients Only.
30% off Social Campaigns, Creative Campaigns, and eCommerce Photography, available only to new clients who book through our Manchester office.
This secondary offer is only valid for work conducted at or coordinated through our Manchester location.

Use of Images:

The images created under this offer are to be used exclusively for Below The Line (BTL) marketing activity, which includes but is not limited to eCommerce listings, social media posts, digital ads, and website content.
Usage for Above The Line (ATL) purposes, such as TV commercials, billboards, or any other large-scale marketing, is not included in this offer.

Third-Party Costs:

Third-party costs such as additional styling, models, props, set-builds and other external resources required for the shoot are not included in the package price or discount.
Any such costs will be billed separately to the client and are not subject to the 30% discount.

Offer Validity:

This offer must be redeemed by 30/11/24.
Redemption is defined as the completion of the form submission and the confirmation of your chosen package and payment.

Product Submission:

Clients must provide the physical products to be photographed and a clear creative brief outlining brand guidelines and preferences.
Delivery of the physical product to our studio is the responsibility of the client.

Client Responsibilities:

Client must have a clear vision for all packages, and the brief provided should clearly communicate the desired outcome.
Seventy7 will not be responsible for the quality of the output if the client’s direction is unclear or insufficient.
Seventy7 will not be responsible for any discrepancy between the final output and the client’s brief if the direction and brief provided are vague or incomplete.

Refunds & Cancellations:

Once the project is initiated, cancellations are not eligible for a full refund. Partial refunds may be available depending on the stage of the project.
Refunds are not available once the images have been delivered.

Liability:

We are not liable for any delays or issues caused by incomplete or unclear briefs, delayed product deliveries, or client-side approval delays.
We are not responsible for any products that are damaged, missing, stolen, or otherwise compromised during transit to or from our studio or while in our possession. Clients are responsible for ensuring appropriate packaging and insurance for their products.
We are not liable for any intellectual property (IP) claims related to the use of AI-generated elements in the final assets. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the use of these assets complies with any relevant intellectual property laws or regulations.

Full Terms and Conditions:

Full terms and conditions will be supplied via a proposal once a package is agreed with Seventy7.

Intellectual Property:

All images rights will be transferred to the client upon approval of the final deliverable asset. At which point all image rights created under this offer remain the intellectual property of the client, with full usage rights for BTL marketing purposes as outlined above.
Seventy7 reserves the right to use the content created (AI-generated images and product photography) for its own marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes.

Modifications:

We reserve the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice. However, any confirmed projects before such modifications will honour the original terms.

Additional Costs:

Any requests beyond the scope of the selected package (e.g., additional assets, retouching, or usage rights for ATL campaigns) may incur additional fees, which will not be eligible for the 30% discount.
