Creative England

Website redesign to engage multiple user personas and drive a targeted user journey.

Web design
'Every single week, you see something that amazes you, and an awful lot of it is home grown.' - Mark Kermode, TV and Film Critic

Brief

Creative England approached us with a clear vision for their organization, understanding the importance of effectively communicating their passion for media, games, film, and beyond. They sought to redesign their website to engage multiple user personas and drive a targeted user journey. The challenge was to create a modern website that would showcase Creative England’s engaging content while effectively reflecting their brand identity.

Action

To tackle the challenge, we began by understanding the different user personas that Creative England aimed to target. This insight drove the user journey and informed the website design, ensuring that each user persona would have a tailored and engaging experience. We used WordPress as the core foundation for the website, building a user-friendly content management system that allowed the Creative England team to easily update and populate content as needed through a custom page builder and modular layouts.

Result

The collaborative efforts in web design resulted in a modern and engaging website for Creative England. The bespoke WordPress website provided an intuitive and easy-to-use platform, enabling the Creative England team to continuously update and populate content as required, without the need for ongoing developer support after the project’s end. Leaving Creative England to focus on their passion for media, games, film, and more, establishing them as a trusted resource and authority in their industry.
